The South African Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology  is an Open Access Journal and provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. In accordance with the definition of the Budapest Open Access Initiative all content published by the SAJOG is made free to users without any subscription or other charges.
